These at home Personal Training sessions are designed and priced to make your fitness goals a reality—starting now! Fitness on the Fly's Personal Training service is all about helping you set and meet your fitness goals for any level of fitness training!

60 minute sessions + 1 month follow up program 

1 Session - $90

Session Packages give a discount to session price.

Payment Plans available upon contact. Packages are based off 1 in person session per week with a weekly workout plan based on goals. More sessions can be used for additional visits per week.

Sessions Include

  • At home training sessions making exercise more convenient for you
  • Equipment is supplied from the trainer you are working with. Or you can use your own purchased equipment.
  • A workout plan to follow for the remainder of the week. 
  • Food and nutrition coaching according to Canada’s Food Guide
  • Expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer  
  • Accountability, motivation, convenience, flexibility
